  • Yes, our pools are heated to a comfortable 28°C, ensuring you stay warm and relaxed while working out in the water, no matter the season.

  • Our classes are held 6 times a week, with each class running for 45 minutes. Classes start at 7 am and the last one begins at 4:45 pm, offering plenty of days to fit your schedule.

  • Just bring your swimwear, a towel, and a bottle of water and a smile! You’re also welcome to bring water shoes if you prefer extra grip in the pool.

  • Yes, we have convenient parking available for all our members. You can arrive stress-free and enjoy your class without worrying about where to park.

  • Yes, the pool is fully wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to join in and enjoy the benefits of Aquafit.

  • For the best results, we recommend attending Aquafit classes at least 2-3 times per week. However, many of our members enjoy taking part in up to 6 classes each week to stay active and benefit from the social aspect of our community.

  • Yes, our experienced instructors, like Trish, provide modifications to suit all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a challenge, you can go at your own pace and adjust the intensity as needed.
